Discounts

Set up automatic discounts for multi-pet bookings and special clients.

Discounts are ongoing, automatic price adjustments that apply when specific conditions are met. They’re ideal for rewarding loyal clients or encouraging additional pets — without slowing down checkout.

Discounts vs promo codes

Use discounts when:

  • Discounts should apply automatically

  • Pricing rules are ongoing

  • Discounts depend on pets or client type

Use promo codes when:

  • Clients should enter a code

  • You’re running a short-term promotion

  • Discounts are campaign-based

Discount types

Cuddles supports two types of discounts:

  • Multi-pet discounts

Automatically apply when a booking includes multiple pets

  • Client tag discounts

Automatically apply to clients with specific tags. Learn more about setting up and using Client Tags
