View & Edit Bookings
How can I view and edit Bookings in Cuddles?
When logging into Cuddles, you will open on the Bookings page. To return to this page, simple click the bell icon from the menu on the left side of the screen.
On this page, you will see a detailed snapshot of your upcoming appointment, including the pet's name, the service being provided, and the staff member responsible for completing the service.
You can also view a detailed appointment activity log, which shows the timestamp of the appointment at each stage, from check-in to check-out.
To add additional services to the booking, click on appointment and when the Booking Details open, select the "+ Add Service" button below the existing service and choose the service you want to add. The total price will be updated automatically.
