Vaccine Approvals

Review and approve client-submitted vaccination records before they’re added to a pet’s profile.

When Vaccine Approvals are enabled, clients can upload vaccination records through Online Booking and the Pet Parent Portal. Cuddles uses AI to verify that the uploaded file appears to be a vaccination record before notifying your team to review it.

Enable Manual Vaccine Approvals

1. Go to Settings > Requirements.

2. Enable Manually Approve Vaccines.

When enabled, all client-submitted vaccine updates must be reviewed before they’re accepted.

How It Works

1. A client uploads a vaccination record.

2. Cuddles uses AI to verify that the uploaded file appears to be a vaccination record.

3. Your business receives a notification that a vaccine update is waiting for review.

4. Open the notification or navigate to Clients > Vaccine Approvals.
   
   

Review Vaccine Approvals

The Vaccine Approvals page allows you to filter submissions by:

• Pending

• Approved

• Declined

• All

Select any submission to review it.

The uploaded vaccination record is displayed alongside the extracted vaccine details so you can compare the document, make any necessary edits, and approve or decline the submission.

Once you’ve reviewed the information, choose:

• Approve to add the vaccination record to the pet’s profile.

• Decline if the submission is incorrect or invalid.
