Using Cuddles: Staff Quick Guide
This is a quick reference for groomers and front desk staff using Cuddles.
It covers the most common day-to-day tasks, including booking appointments, checking out clients, and viewing pet and client information.

Getting started
Getting around in Cuddles
When staff log in to Cuddles, they can use the left sidebar to move between the main areas they’ll use throughout the day:
Bookings — An agenda-style view of upcoming appointments
Calendar — A calendar view of the schedule
Clients — A searchable list of clients and pets
These views show the same information in different ways, so staff can work from whichever view feels most comfortable.
New appointments can be created from Bookings, Calendar, or Clients.

Appointments
Booking appointments
You can book appointments directly from Bookings, Calendar, or a pet profile
Typical steps include:
Selecting a client and pet
Choosing services and staff
Setting the date and time
Saving the appointment
