Taxes
Taxes allow you to automatically collect and track sales tax on products and services sold through Cuddles.
Add a Tax
Navigate to Settings.
Select Taxes.
Click Add Tax.
Enter the tax details, including the name and tax rate.
Click Save.
Repeat these steps for each tax you need to collect.
Set a Default Tax
If you frequently sell custom items, you can select a default tax. This tax will automatically apply to custom items sold through Cuddles.
Apply Taxes to Products & Services
Once your taxes have been created, they can be assigned when creating or editing:
Services
Products
Select the appropriate tax for each item to ensure sales tax is collected correctly at checkout.
Reporting
All taxes collected are tracked automatically.
To review tax totals, navigate to the Sales Report, where collected taxes are displayed in the Taxes section.
