Add Your Services

We then recommend you add your services and any add-on services or fees your business offers (e.g., Nail Trim, Aggression Fee, Dematting, etc.). This will allow clients to easily book the services they need for their pets, and help you manage your schedule efficiently.

To get started, follow these steps:

Start by selecting the yellow "Add Service" button at the top right side of the Primary Services page.
Next, select if this is a service for dogs, cats, or exotics.
You can add or remove any pet types from this list by updating the "Types" section in your business settings ⚙️
Give the service a name (*required) and write a short description (optional). You can also add identifying tags to define the treatments included in the service.
Customize the service duration by choosing a fixed amount of time or set duration based on pet size.
Click Next.
OR, if you're a Cuddles Premium customer, first select if you would like to include a Grooming Report with the service (allows you to document your findings for pet parents, including before and after pictures), then click Next.
Set the pricing for the service as a fixed dollar amount, by pet size, OR by pet size & hair length. You can also choose whether the service is taxable or not. Click Next.
Add all staff members who will perform the service.
Click 'Next' to review all service details and click Finish at the bottom of the page to add the service to your menu.
