Get Started with Cuddles 🐾

Complete these 6 steps to start booking

Follow the setup checklist on the right side of your screen to get your account ready. Each step helps ensure smart booking, scheduling, and client management work smoothly.

You can update any of these settings later.


✅ 1. Add Business Hours

Tell Cuddles when you’re open.

  • Select open days

  • Enter opening and closing times

  • Save

    Optional: add holiday or special hours


✅ 2. Add Team Members & Schedules

Make sure staff can be booked.

  • Add each team member

  • Assign role and access level

  • Set a default or weekly schedule

  • Save

    All staff must have schedules to be bookable


✅ 3. Add Pet Types

Choose the pets you service.

  • Dogs, cats, and/or exotics

  • Customize sizes, hair types, or lengths

  • Save


✅ 4. Add Services

Build your service menu.

  • Add services and optional add-ons

  • Set duration, pricing, and staff

  • Enable online booking (optional)

  • Save


✅ 5. Add Your First Client

Create client and pet profiles.

  • Add client contact details

  • Add pet info (vaccines, notes, tags)

  • Save


✅ 6. Book Your First Appointment 🎉

Start using Cuddles!

  • Select client, pet, service, date/time, and staff

  • Smart booking suggests available times

  • Book the appointment
