Send a Text Blast (SMS Campaign)

Use SMS Campaigns to send a text blast to multiple clients at once. You can use text blasts to promote an offer, announce a new service, or share updates about your business.

Create an SMS Campaign

1. Navigate to Marketing from the left-side menu.

2. Under SMS Campaigns, you can view your Sent, Scheduled, Draft, and Archived campaigns.

3. Click + New SMS.

4. Enter a name for your campaign and write your text message. A preview of the message will appear on the right side of the screen.

5. Click Next to choose your recipients.

Choose Your Recipients

Your campaign will start with All Clients selected and display the number of clients eligible to receive your message.

Clients who have opted out of marketing SMS will automatically be excluded and cannot receive the campaign.

To further customize your recipient list:

1. Click Edit next to your recipients.

2. Search for and deselect any clients you don’t want to include.

3. Save your changes.

Review and Send

Once your recipients are selected, you’ll see the total cost of the campaign before sending.

SMS Campaigns are pay-as-you-go at $0.05 per message sent.

Click Next to review your campaign, then send or schedule your text blast.
