Reports & Insights Overview
The Insights tab in Cuddles helps you understand how your business is performing. From high-level dashboards to detailed reports, Insights gives you visibility into bookings, revenue, clients, and pets.
Insights helps you understand how your business is performing by turning your bookings, clients, and revenue data into easy-to-read reports.
You can use these reports to:
• Track business performance
• Understand booking trends
• Identify your top clients and services
• Monitor pet information and vaccination records
All reports can be filtered by date range and exported to CSV for further analysis.
Accessing Insights
To access reports:
Navigate to Insights in the main menu
Select one of the available sections:
Dashboard
Bookings
Clients & Pets
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides visual charts and snapshots summarizing your business performance.
You can filter the dashboard by a custom date range or use a quick date picker.
The dashboard highlights key metrics such as:
• Total revenue
• Total appointments
• Top performing services
• Top spending clients
• Sales by staff
• Top performing breeds
Use the dashboard to quickly understand overall performance and identify trends.
Bookings Reports
The Bookings section contains reports focused on scheduling and appointment activity.
Bookings Summary
An overview of all past and upcoming bookings for a selected time period.
This report helps you quickly understand total booking volume and activity across your business.
Booking Insights
A report highlighting key booking metrics that help you evaluate scheduling efficiency and uncover potential growth opportunities.
Appointment Detail
A complete list of all past and future appointments within a selected date range.
This report provides the most detailed view of appointment activity.
Clients & Pets Reports
The Clients & Pets section provides reports related to your customers and their pets.
Client List
A complete list of all clients and their pets.
This report is useful for reviewing your customer base or exporting contact information.
Pet Birthdays
A list of upcoming pet birthdays.
Use this report to plan promotions, send birthday messages, or celebrate pets in your community.
Pet Breakdown
A comprehensive breakdown of all pets in your system.
This report provides insights into the types of pets you serve.
Vaccine Status
An overview of each pet’s current vaccination records.
This helps ensure pets meet any vaccination requirements before services.
Client Insights
An overview of client activity, behavior, and value within a selected time frame.
Use this report to better understand engagement and identify your most valuable customers.
Filtering Reports
All reports can be filtered by date range.
You can either:
• Select a custom date range
• Use the quick date picker options
Filtering helps you analyze specific time periods such as daily, weekly, monthly, or seasonal performance.
Exporting Reports
All reports can be exported to CSV.
Exporting allows you to:
• Analyze your data in spreadsheet tools
• Share reports with your team
• Keep external records of business performance
To export a report, simply click Export CSV within the report view.
