QuickBooks Integration (CSV Import)

Cuddles connects with QuickBooks Online using a simple CSV import workflow, allowing you to keep your financial data aligned without a direct sync.

This approach gives you full control while ensuring your data is formatted correctly for QuickBooks.


How it works

Cuddles generates CSV files in the format QuickBooks expects, so you can import your data without manual cleanup.

You’ll first upload your core data (services, products, and clients), then continue syncing invoices and payments as needed.

Please note: If you update or add new services or products in Cuddles, be sure to re-export and upload your Products & Services into Quickbooks so everything stays synced


Get started

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations

  2. Select QuickBooks

  3. Export the following:

    • Products & Services

    • Clients

  4. Import these files into QuickBooks

Keep your data up to date

After your initial setup, you can regularly export:

  • Invoices — detailed line items for all services and products sold

  • Payments — records of payments applied to those invoices

Importing these into QuickBooks will keep your records aligned.


Best practices

  • If you update or add new services or products in Cuddles, re-export and upload your Products & Services

  • To avoid duplicates, set your export date range to begin from the last date you previously exported

  • Import in this order: Products & Services → Clients → Invoices → Payments
