POS Setup

Setting up a Cuddles POS terminal involves the following steps:

1. Preparation by Our Team: Before sending the terminal, a member of our team will update the software version and assign the terminal to your store.

2. Unpack the Terminal: Carefully unpack the terminal and all accompanying components, including the power cord.

3. Connect the Terminal: Plug the power cord into the terminal and then into an electrical outlet.

4. Turn on the Terminal: Press the power button to turn on the terminal. It may take a few minutes for the terminal to start up and initialize. If your terminal is not turning on, please disconnect the terminal from the power cord after a few minutes of charging and try again.

5. Welcome Screen: Once your terminal is turned on, a white “Cuddles” screen will appear.

6. Connect to WiFi: Click “Settings” and enter the passcode "CATS" (2287). Select WiFi, choose the network you wish to connect to, and input your network password. Once connected, click the back button.

7. Confirm Store Information: Once connected to WiFi, you can view your store information under “Device Info”, scrolling down to “Store address”.

8. Return to Home Screen: Click the circle home button on your terminal screen. You should now see the Cuddles background, indicating that the terminal is ready to be used.
