Customize Pet Types

Choose the types of pets your business services and customize the options available for each.

These settings determine which pet types and characteristics appear throughout Cuddles, including on pet profiles and when configuring service pricing.

Customize your Pet Types

1. Navigate to Settings by clicking the gear icon in the left-side menu.

2. Under Pets, select Types.

3. Toggle Dogs, Cats, and Exotics on or off based on the types of pets your business services.

4. Customize the available options for each pet type:

   Dogs

   • Choose which of the six weight categories, from X-Small through Giant, your business uses.

   • Click the weight range for each category to define the appropriate range for your business.

   • Select the Hair Types and Hair Lengths you want to use.

   Cats

   • Select the Hair Types and Hair Lengths you want to use.

   Exotics

   • Select the types of exotic pets your business services.

5. Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.

Only the options you enable will be available throughout Cuddles, helping you keep pet profiles and service setup relevant to your business.
