Pet-Specific Service Pricing
Save a custom service price for an individual pet and automatically reuse it in future staff-created bookings.
Some pets regularly need a different price than the standard service rate. Pet-specific pricing lets your team save that price once and use it automatically the next time the same pet and service are selected.
Where to Find It
Create or apply a custom price while creating a New Booking on Web.
View and manage saved prices from the pet profile under Custom Prices.
Save a Custom Price During a Booking
1. Start a new booking and select the pet.
2. Select the service you want to book.
3. Adjust the service price for that pet.
4. Select Save custom price for this pet.
5. Continue the booking as usual.
Note: If the entered price matches the current default service price, there is no custom price to save and the save option is disabled.
How Saved Custom Prices Work
The saved price belongs only to that pet and that service.
It does not change the service’s standard price for other pets.
When staff select the same pet and service in a future New Booking, Cuddles uses the saved custom price as the starting price.
Staff can still adjust the price in the booking flow when their existing permissions allow it.
Online Booking continues to use the normal public/default service price in this release.
Manage Custom Prices from the Pet Profile
1. Open the client and select the pet.
2. Open the Custom Prices tab.
3. Review the saved Service, Category, Price, and Last Updated information.
4. Use Edit to change the Saved Price for a record.
5. Use Delete to remove a saved custom price after confirming the action.

Transportation Pricing
Transportation is handled a little differently because Pick Up and Drop Off have separate prices.
A pet can have one saved Pick Up price and one saved Drop Off price for the same Transportation service.
Round Trip does not store a separate custom price. It uses the resolved Pick Up price plus the resolved Drop Off price.
If only one side has a saved custom price, Cuddles uses the custom price for that side and the default service price for the other.
Things to Know
Custom prices are available for staff-created Web bookings in this release.
They do not apply to Online Booking, Pet Parent Portal, or Mobile in this release.
Saving a custom price does not change taxes, discounts, surcharge rules, or the global service configuration.
Memberships and packages continue to follow their existing redemption behavior.
