Upload and review vaccination records
View veterinary information
View upcoming and past bookings
View activities shared by your team
Manage saved payment methods
Update emergency contact information
How pet parents access the portal
Pet parents can access the portal at parent.cuddlesapp.com.
After signing in, pet parents who use more than one business on Cuddles can select the business they want to access.
They’ll then see their information, pets, bookings, and activity for that business.
