How do I complete the PCI Questionnaire?

1. Navigate to the page where you are asked to complete the PCI questionnaire.

2. Read through the questionnaire carefully and answer each question as accurately as possible.

3. If you are unsure of how to answer a question, you may be able to find more information in the PCI documentation or by contacting CuddlesPay customer support.

4. When you have finished answering all of the questions, click the "Submit" button.

5. Wait for the questionnaire to be processed and for the system to refresh. You may need to wait a few minutes for this to happen.

6. Once the questionnaire is complete, you should receive confirmation that it has been successfully submitted.
