Multi-Date Bookings for Walking, Training & Transportation
Create several appointments for the same service without repeating the setup one date at a time.
When the same Walking, Training, or Transportation setup applies across several dates, you can select multiple dates during booking creation and review all generated appointments before saving the booking.
Where to Find It
Use New Booking on Web and add a Walking, Training, or Transportation service.
Create a Multi-Date Walking or Training Booking
1. Start a new booking and add a Walking or Training service.
2. Configure the service as you normally would, including staff, schedule, duration, address when applicable, price, and discount.
3. Use the multi-date selector to choose all required dates. Dates can be non-consecutive and can span different months.
4. Continue to the booking review.
5. Review each generated appointment separately. You can edit or remove an individual appointment without changing the others.
6. Complete the booking when all appointments are correct.
Create Multi-Date Transportation
Pick Up — select multiple Pick Up dates. Each selected date creates one Pick Up appointment.
Drop Off — select multiple Drop Off dates. Each selected date creates one Drop Off appointment.
Round Trip — select Pick Up dates and Drop Off dates independently. At least one date is required in each section, and the dates do not need to match.
Tip: For Round Trip, the Pick Up schedule, address, instructions, price, discount, staff, and vehicle are copied to the generated Pick Up appointments. The Drop Off configuration is copied separately to the generated Drop Off appointments.
Before You Complete the Booking
Every generated appointment is shown separately in the existing booking review.
Editing or removing one generated appointment does not update the others.
All generated appointments belong to the same booking/order.
The booking is created only when all generated appointments can be saved successfully. Cuddles does not silently create a partial set.
Things to Know
Multi-date selection is available during initial booking creation only.
After the booking is created, each appointment is edited independently using the normal appointment-edit flow.
This release does not add multi-date support for Boarding or Grooming.
This release does not add multi-date creation to Online Booking, Pet Parent Portal, or Mobile.
Existing pricing, discount, membership, staff availability, and capacity rules continue to apply.
