Memberships & Packages in the Pet Parent Portal
Give pet parents a read-only view of their memberships, packages, benefits, dates, and current usage.
Pet parents can review their memberships and packages directly from the Pet Parent Portal. The section helps them understand what they have, what benefits are included, and how those benefits have been applied.
Where Pet Parents Find It
After signing in to the Pet Parent Portal, pet parents can open Memberships from the portal navigation.
Review Memberships and Packages
1. Open Memberships in the Pet Parent Portal.
2. Use the available filters to narrow the list by status, type, or pet.
3. Review each card for the membership or package name, status, type, included pets, relevant date, and benefit usage summary.
4. Select a membership or package to open its full details.
What the Detail Page Shows
Status and whether the enrollment is a membership or a package.
Included pets.
Relevant dates, such as start date, next billing date, expiration date, or cancellation date when applicable.
Price and payment method information when applicable.
Included benefits, with used, remaining, and total quantities for limited benefits.
Unlimited benefits clearly labeled as unlimited.
Usage or redemption history, including the pet, benefit, date, quantity, and appointment status when the usage is tied to an appointment.
Understanding Usage
Note: A benefit counts as used when it is redeemed or applied to an appointment or order item. That can happen before the appointment takes place.
For example, if a benefit is applied to an appointment scheduled for next week, the benefit can already appear as redeemed while the related appointment still shows as Upcoming. The portal uses the appointment status to make that distinction clear.
