Managing Memberships & Packages
Businesses can:
Update payment methods
Cancel memberships
Pause and resume package memberships
Change membership end dates
Adjust package usage by adding or removing visits
View membership activity and billing history

Updating Payment Methods
Payment methods can be updated directly within the membership profile when clients need to replace or update their card on file.

Editing Membership End Dates
Membership and package end dates can be updated directly when adjustments are needed.
To edit an end date:
Open the membership or package
Update the end date
Save changes

Pausing & Resuming Package Memberships
Package memberships can be paused when needed.
While paused:
The package cannot be redeemed or selected during booking
The expiration countdown is frozen
When resuming a paused package membership, businesses can choose whether to keep the original end date or extend the membership to account for the paused time.

Adjusting Package Usage
Businesses can manually add or remove package usage when adjustments or corrections are needed.

Membership Activity Log
The Activity Log automatically tracks important membership activity including:
purchases
billing history
pauses and resumes
usage adjustments
This gives businesses better visibility into membership activity and account changes.
