Import Your Client List

Can I import my clients list into Cuddles?

If you already have a list of clients with their contact and pet information, our Cuddles Support team can assist you in importing them into your Cuddles dashboard! Simply contact our Support team via email, to let them know you'd like to import a list of clients. They will then provide you with the Client Import Template, which you can fill out with your existing information and return to the team or upload on your own.

Once the completed document has been received, the team will review the data to confirm all required fields are completed. If everything is approved, the import should take no longer than a business day to complete. 

To facilitate client imports, we need the following details:

• Client First Name

• Client Last Name

• Client’s Email OR Phone number

• Pet Name

• Pet Type (*If not included we will default to Dog)

• Pet Size  (*If not included we will default to Medium)

We can also import notes; however, at this time we cannot import Appointment History or Vaccination records. (You can enter these into the Notes section of the template if you would like.)
