How to Set Up CuddlesPay

CuddlesPay lets you securely accept in-person and online payments directly in Cuddles. Before you can start processing payments, you’ll need to complete a short application.

Before You Begin

Have the following documents ready before starting your application:

Your business registration document showing your legal business name and EIN (or Tax ID)
A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) for each decision maker
A bank document showing:
- Business name
- Account number
- Routing number
- Bank name or logo

Tip: Make sure all documents are clear, readable, and match the information you enter during the application.

Step 1: Select Your Business Type

Choose the option that best matches your business:

Sole Proprietorship
Company
Partnership

Step 2: Add Your Business Details

Enter your business information exactly as it appears on your official registration documents.

You’ll then upload your business document for verification.

After reviewing your information, click Submit.

Step 3: Verify Decision Makers

Next, add your business decision makers.

Each decision maker will need to verify their identity by uploading one of the following:

Driver’s license
State ID card
Passport

Review the information before submitting.

If your business has additional owners or decision makers, add them as prompted.

Step 4: Add Your Bank Account

Enter your:

Routing number
Account number

You’ll also upload a bank document.

Your document should clearly show:

Business name
Account and routing number
Bank name or logo

Make sure the document is easy to read before submitting.

Step 5: Complete the Required Agreements

To finish your application:

Complete the PCI Questionnaire.
Review and sign the Service Agreement.

Once all sections have been completed, submit your application.

What Happens Next?

Your application will be reviewed by our payment processor.

Most applications are reviewed quickly, but in some cases additional information may be requested before approval.

If any action is required, you’ll be notified within Cuddles or by email.
