How to send a Marketing SMS Campaign?
Cuddles offers in-app text marketing so you can connect with multiple clients at once to launch promotions, share new products or services, & provide important updates about your business.
Follow these steps to send your first mass SMS:
Navigate to the left-side menu and click on the Speaker icon. 📢
On the Marketing page, you'll find SMS Campaigns with options to view Sent, Scheduled, Drafts, and Archived campaigns.
Name your campaign and enter the desired text. A preview of the SMS will appear on the right side of the screen.
Once satisfied with your message, click the green Next button at the bottom of the page.
Customize the recipients by starting with "All Clients" The page will display the number of clients set to receive the message, and you'll find a black Edit button.
Click the Edit button to search for and unselect any clients you want to exclude from the send.
Save your changes, and the page will update to show the total cost of sending the campaign.
Click Next to proceed to the final page for review and send the campaign.
