Confirming an Appointment for a Client
Through the Calendar page:
The visual display of your appointments uses different colors to indicate their statuses:
Transparent: Appointments awaiting confirmation
Yellow: Confirmed appointments
Green: Appointments in progress
Blue: Appointments ready for checkout
Gray: Past appointments
Identify the appointment you wish to confirm and click on it.
The Booking Details window will open. Verify that the service and staff member are accurate before moving forward.
Find the white "Confirm" button located at the top-right corner of the screen and click on it.
A pop-up will appear, presenting options to Confirm or Reschedule the appointment. Choose "Confirm."
The appointment status will automatically shift to a yellow "Check In" box, and this change will be reflected on your calendar in yellow as well. This provides a straightforward visual confirmation of the appointment.
