Adding Grooming Services
Create grooming services to customize how they’re booked, scheduled, priced, and assigned to your team.
Add a Grooming Service
Navigate to Services from the left-side menu.
Select Grooming from the service categories on the left, then click + Add Service in the upper-right corner.
Select the Pet Type(s) the service is available for, such as Dogs, Cats, or Exotics. You can select more than one. Click Next.
Enter the service details and configure your booking preferences:
Service Name: Enter the name of the service.
Description: Add an optional description. This will be displayed to clients when booking online.
Mobile/In-Home: Check this box if the service is performed offsite.
Online Booking: Choose whether clients can book this service online.
Calendar Color: Select a color to identify the service on your calendar.
Grooming Report: Choose whether a Grooming Report should be included with this service.
Set the Duration. You can use one duration for the service or set different durations based on pet size.
If needed, add a Form to the service. Use this option when you need clients to answer questions or provide information each time the service is booked.
Click Next.
Set the Pricing for the service. Pricing can be configured as:
A fixed price
By pet size
By pet size and hair length
Select a Tax if applicable.
Select the Staff Members who can perform the service.
Click Save.
Important: After saving, scroll back to the top of the service and click the yellow Save button to save your service.
Editing a Grooming Service
Navigate to Services > Grooming.
Select the grooming service you want to update.
Make your changes to the service details, duration, pricing, forms, or staff.
Click Save for the section you’re editing.
Scroll to the top of the page and click the yellow Save button to save your changes.
Important: When editing a service, make sure you click the yellow Save button at the top of the page before leaving. Changes may not be saved until you complete this step.
