Grooming Reports

Grooming Reports help you document details from a pet’s grooming appointment and share helpful updates with pet parents.

Use a Grooming Report to record observations about the pet’s skin, coat, ears, teeth, nails, eyes, behavior, and other conditions. You can also add photos, notes, and recommendations for the pet parent.

Add a Grooming Report

First, make sure Grooming Reports are enabled for the grooming service.

To add a report to a booking:

Open the Booking Details for the appointment.
Find the grooming service and click Add Report.
Complete the Grooming Report with any relevant details from the appointment, including:
- Skin, coat, ears, teeth, nails, and eyes
- Behavior during the appointment
- Any additional conditions or findings, such as mats or fleas
- The location of any conditions found on the pet’s body
- Notes and recommendations for the pet parent, such as at-home care or a veterinary visit
- A recommendation for when the pet should return for their next appointment
Upload before and after photos if you’d like to include them with the report.
Review the report and click Save Report.

Add a Grooming Report from the Staff App

Grooming Reports can also be completed directly from the Cuddles Staff App.

Open the booking and select Add Report for the grooming service. The Staff App includes a simplified version of the Grooming Report where you can add notes and photos while you’re with the pet.

When adding photos, you can either:

Take a new photo directly from your device’s camera
Upload an existing photo from your camera roll

This makes it easy to capture before and after photos and complete your notes during or immediately after the appointment.

Adding a Report After an Appointment

You can also add a Grooming Report after an appointment has been completed.

Navigate to Bookings from the left-side menu.
Find and open the completed booking.
Locate the grooming service in the Booking Details.
Click Add Report.
Complete the Grooming Report and click Save Report.
