Business Settings
Business Settings is where you can make changes to your business information.
Navigate to the "Business Settings" section of the Cuddles dashboard by clicking on the gear icon located in the main menu on the left side of your screen.
Select Hours from the list on the left side of your screen to update your business hours. Enter the days and times that your business is open and available for appointments. You can also add any special hours for when your business is closed, such as holidays.
Select logo to update the logo that appears on client invoices. If you don't update the logo, it will automatically default to the Cuddles logo.
Customize pet requirements and types including how you categorize pet size, hair type, and hair length. It's important to be accurate in your selections here because these inputs will determine what options are displayed throughout the software.
Set the tax rate for your business.
Customize the tip options that appear when checking out a client.
Determine whether or not you want to collect client deposits.
