Cuddles’ Customer Support Team is available through live chat, email (help@cuddlesapp.com), and/or text support during the following business hours (*United States bank holidays excluded):

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 8 PM EST

Any inquiries received after hours will be responded to when business hours resume. Please note that there is a team monitoring over the weekend in the event of an emergency (e.g., You’re unable to book an appointment, check out a client, collect payment, etc.)

In the Cuddles software:

Once logged into Cuddles, you'll find a question mark icon (?) in the bottom right corner. After clicking on it, a small window will appear with an explanation about the page and its features. 

If you ever need more assistance, scroll down to find the "CONTACT US" button, which will connect you to our Customer Success team! Click on the “CONTACT US” button anytime to bring up the chat box and send your message to our team.

On the Cuddles website: 

To chat with one of our Support Agents directly through cuddlesapp.com, click on the text bubble icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. You will see this icon on every page. Once you click on the icon, our live chat box will appear and you'll be connected right away!
