New Bookings

When: Immediately after booking.

Confirmation Request

Provide a confirmation link for clients to confirm their booking.

When: 48 hours before appointment.

Reminder

Reduce no-shows by reminding clients of their upcoming appointment details, including date, time, and location.

When: 24 hours before the appointment.

Canceled Appointment

Alert your client when their appointment has been canceled, and provide instructions for rescheduling.
