Customize Client Notifications

How to manage client notifications

  1. Enable and customize client notifications through the Settings Page (⚙️). 

  2. On this page, you'll find sections for Business Notifications, Client Notifications, and Email Content. Next to Client Notifications, you can toggle auto-notifications on or off for New Bookings, Appointment Cancellations, and other Email or SMS alerts (*available with Cuddles Premium).

  3. Once you have made your selections and edits, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Save button before proceeding.
