How to check out clients

From the Bookings Page:
  1. To find the Bookings page, navigate to the left side of your dashboard and look for the bell icon (🛎️).

  2. Click on "Pending" to see all the appointments that are ready for checkout. When an appointment is marked as "Complete," you'll see a black Check Out box appear, giving you a clear signal that it's time to finalize things.

  3. Click on "Check Out".

  4. Double-check that the price is accurate. If changes are needed, highlight the existing price and type in the updated total.

  5. To apply a discount, click on the arrow and choose either a dollar amount or a percentage.

  6. Scroll down to add any applicable retail products and Add-On Services/fees.

  7. Click the yellow "Pay" button to proceed to checkout.

  8. Confirm the client's preferred payment method.

  9. You can enter the tip yourself for all payment methods except POS. For POS, the client will be prompted to select a tip and complete the payment on their end.

  10. If "Credit Card" is selected, input the client's credit card details manually.

  11. Decide whether to send the client the Grooming Report (*Premium Only) and invoice.

  12. Once the payment is processed, the checkout process is completed.
