Check-out From Bookings Page

How can I Check-out clients from the Booking page?

  1. Start on the Bookings page (the Bell icon at the top of the menu on the left of the screen)

  2. Click on the appointment to add any additional services or products that the client may want, such as dematting or flea & tick treatment.

  3. Click on the "Check Out" button. You'll be prompted to select the payment method, such as credit card, cash, POS, or other.

  4. On the Check Out page you can Add retail products and Add-On Services they may want to purchase.

  5. Click the Pay button at the bottom of the page.

  6. For all payment methods except POS, you can enter the tip yourself. For POS, the client will be prompted to select a tip and complete the payment.

  7. If you select "credit card", you'll be prompted to enter the client's credit card details. Keep in mind that cards will be saved to the client's profile for future use, but you'll always need to enter the last three digits of the security code for security purposes.

  8. Choose whether to send the client the grooming report and invoice, and you can easily edit the client’s email if needed.

  9. Once the payment is complete, the checkout process is finished.
