Set Business Hours and Special Hours
Business Hours and Special Hours tell Cuddles when your business is open and when appointments can be booked.
Set your regular Business Hours
Navigate to Settings by clicking the gear icon in the left-side menu.
Under Business Info, select Hours.
Set your regular opening and closing times for each day of the week.
Select Everyday to quickly apply the same hours to every day.
To customize individual days, use the checkmarks to select the days your business is open and adjust the hours as needed.
Confirm that the Timezone is correct for your location.
Add Special Hours
Special Hours allow you to override your regular Business Hours for a specific date. You can use them for holidays, closures, modified hours, or days your business is open outside of its normal schedule.
For example, you can use Special Hours to:
Close your business for Christmas or another holiday.
Adjust your opening or closing time for a specific date.
Open on a day your business is normally closed, such as a select Sunday.
To add Special Hours:
Scroll down to the Special Hours section.
Select the date you want to adjust.
Choose whether your business will be open or closed on that date.
If open, adjust the opening and closing times as needed.
If closed, turn the day off.
Add a Description, such as “Christmas,” “New Year’s Day,” or “Special Event,” so you can easily identify the exception later.
Important
Special Hours do not repeat. If you’re adding holidays or other annual closures, you’ll need to add them again each year.
Regularly review your Business Hours and Special Hours to make sure your booking availability accurately reflects when your business is open.
When you’re finished, click the yellow Save button at the bottom of the page.
