Business Hours

Business hours and special hours are used to let Cuddles know when your business is open and appointments can be booked.

1. Navigate to the Settings page by clicking on the gear icon on the left-side menu.

2. Select Hours from the Business Info section on the Settings menu.

3. You have the option to use the "Everyday" button to quickly apply the same opening and closing times for each day of the week. Alternatively, you can tailor hours individually for each workday by clicking the circled checkmarks and adjusting the times as needed.

4. Confirm the Timezone is correct for your location.

5. Scroll down to add any Special hours for when your business is closed, such as holidays.

6. You can also use Special hours to adjust the hours of operation for a specific day.  Give these special days a description, like “New Years” to quickly remember the occasion.

Special hours do not repeat. If you're adding holidays, you will need to update them each year

Remember to regularly review and update your business hours to ensure that your booking availability is accurately reflected.
