How do I use the Bookings Page to manage appointments on Cuddles?

Leverage the Bookings Page as your centralized hub for all upcoming appointments, providing essential details like the pet's name, the service scheduled, and the responsible staff member. 

  1. Easily identify pets with pre-existing medical conditions through the red heart icon next to their name. 

  2. Click on a pet's name to access their Pet Card, allowing you to view or edit their information, including medical history and vaccine reminders. 

  3. Benefit from automated appointment reminders sent to clients via email and text, streamlining confirmation processes. If needed, confirm appointments on behalf of clients who are unable to do so directly through Cuddles.

  4. On the day of the appointment, follow the sequence of Check-in, Start, Complete, and Check-out

  5. PREMIUM ONLY: Use the Grooming Report to document the pet's condition and behavior during the appointment. It will automatically appear when you click "Complete”. 

  6. Finally, streamline the checkout process by using CuddlesPay. Include any additional services or retail products, ensuring a seamless conclusion to the appointment.
