Application Status

How do I check the status of my CuddlesPay Application?

1. Log in to your CuddlesPay account.

2. Navigate to the "Application Status" section of your account.

3. Check the status of your application. Most pending items are reviewed within 48 hours.

4. If your application has been approved, you will be able to begin processing payments immediately by typing in a credit card when checking out clients. The card will be then saved to the client's profile for future purchases.

5. If you want to make it even easier to process payments, you can order a POS terminal under the "Terminals" section of your account.
