Agreement Signing Tracking & Resend
See where an agreement was signed and resend eligible agreements by email from the client Agreements list.
Agreement records now give staff clearer context about how a signature was completed. The signed Agreements list shows the signing channel, and agreements that did not originally have a delivery channel can be resent by email.
Where to Find It
Open the client profile and go to Agreements.
Understand the Channel Column
The Channel column identifies the context where the agreement was signed. Depending on the signing flow, the value can identify Online Booking, Pet Parent Portal, email/SMS-delivered signing, or a staff-assisted Web signing flow.
OLB — the agreement was signed during Online Booking.
PPP — the agreement was signed from the Pet Parent Portal.
Email / SMS — the agreement was completed from a delivered signing link when that channel applies.
In Person / Web — the agreement was completed through the staff-assisted Web flow when that label applies in the current UI.
Note: The signing channel records where the signature was completed. It is separate from the delivery method used to send the agreement link.
Resend an Agreement
1. Open the client Agreements list.
2. Find the agreement you need to resend.
3. Use the Resend action.
4. Cuddles sends the agreement using the existing delivery channel when one is already available.
5. If the agreement has no original delivery channel, such as an agreement completed through Online Booking or the Pet Parent Portal, Cuddles uses the client email as the fallback.
Note: If the client does not have an email address on file and email fallback is required, the resend cannot be completed and staff should see a clear message explaining why.
Things to Know
Resending an agreement does not change the original signing channel.
The update does not change agreement templates or the signing experience in Online Booking or Pet Parent Portal.
Older signed agreements may not have the newer signing-source value. Existing data is not automatically backfilled.
Summary
Use the Channel column to understand where an agreement was signed, and use Resend when the client needs another signing link. Agreements without an original delivery channel fall back to email when possible.
