Add Staff Members

How to add your Staff Members? 

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you add Services & Schedules to every Staff Member's profile. Failure to do so may result in Cuddles showing no available staff when scheduling an appointment.

  1. Open the main Staff Page (represented by three small heads) in the left-side menu.

  2. On the main Staff Page, you'll find a list of current staff members.

  3. To add a new staff member, locate and click the yellow "Add Member" button at the top right corner of the page.

  4. Fill in the required details, including the staff member's name and email. (*They will receive an email confirmation and link to set up their password.)

  5. Decide whether the staff member will have consistent weekly hours with a Default Schedule or irregular hours with a Customized Schedule

  1. Choose the appropriate Staff Role for the new team member.

  2. Once all information is entered, review and confirm the details. Finally, save the changes.
