Add Photos to a Pet’s Belongings
Staff can add photos to a pet’s Belongings record from Booking Details on both Web and Mobile. This makes it easy to keep a visual record of the items that arrived with the pet.
Add photos on Web
Open the booking in Booking Details.
Go to Belongings.
Select the pet whose belongings you want to update.
Select Select Photos to add one or more photos.
Add or update the pet’s belongings, quantities, room, and notes as needed.
Remove any photos you don’t want to keep before saving.
Select Save.
Add photos on Mobile
Open the booking in the Cuddles mobile app.
Go to Belongings.
Select the pet whose belongings you want to update.
Add photos from your photo library or take a new photo using your device’s camera.
Add or update the pet’s belongings, quantities, room, and notes as needed.
Remove any photos you don’t want to keep before saving.
Select Save.
View saved photos
When you reopen the pet’s Belongings record for the booking, previously saved photos will appear alongside the rest of the belongings information.
Things to know
Photos are saved to the selected pet’s overall Belongings record for the booking, rather than to an individual belonging item.
If a pet has multiple appointments within the same booking, photos are not duplicated for each appointment.
Changing a room or individual belonging item will not remove the photos saved to the pet’s Belongings record.
Photo uploads follow the same upload requirements and restrictions as photos added to Activities.
Frequently asked questions
Are photos attached to a specific belonging item?
No. Photos are saved to the pet’s overall Belongings record for that booking.
Can I remove a photo before saving?
Yes. You can remove any selected photos before saving the Belongings record.
Will saved photos still be there when I reopen Belongings?
Yes. Previously saved photos will appear when you reopen the pet’s Belongings record for that booking.
Can I add photos from both Web and Mobile?
Yes. You can add photos to a pet’s Belongings record from Booking Details on both Web and Mobile.
