Abandoned Bookings
Overview
The Abandoned tab shows clients who started an Online Booking but didn’t complete it — so you can follow up and recover the appointment.
Why It Matters
Abandoned bookings are missed revenue opportunities.
Use this feature to:
Recover lost appointments
Follow up with high-intent prospects
Identify where clients drop off in your booking flow
Improve conversion over time
Where to Find It
Go to the “Abandoned” tab within the Bookings view.
By default, the list is filtered to Today’s date.

What You’ll See
Each abandoned booking includes:
Client name & Email address
Client type (Prospect or Existing)
Pet name
Step where they dropped off
Abandoned date
Quick actions: Book or Send SMS
At the top of the page, you’ll also see:
Number of bookings converted
Total recovered revenue
Only the most recent open abandoned booking per client is displayed.

Filters
You can filter by:
Location
Step dropped off
Client type (Prospect, Existing, All)
Date range
Search by name or email
Use filters to prioritize high-intent leads first (for example, clients who selected services but didn’t choose a time).
Take Action
From this page, you can:
Book an appointment
Send an SMS
Add a new client
Create a one-off sale
Book an evaluation
Everything can be managed directly from this view.
Best Practices
For best results:
Follow up within 24 hours for highest conversion.
Prioritize clients who made it further in the booking process.
If clients consistently drop off at the same step, review your service descriptions or pricing visibility.
Use SMS for faster responses when appropriate.
